The Natchez Trace continues
Wendi    Posted 4/9/2009, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi

After the Loveless Cafe, we got on the Natchez Trace Parkway, a 400 mile historic road that has all been designated as a national park. There are many historic civil war stops as well as sacred native american sites along the entire route.

After talking about our culinary catastrophe, we have gotten 'on track' with our healthy eating and exercising. We our hoping that most of our typical days will include a healthy breakfast (smoothie and/or cereal... only Special K or Kashi varieties so far), then some hiking, then a substantial lunch and later a light dinner.
