Our National Park System is amazing!
We all need to remember and thank Teddy Roosevelt for his unbelievable forsight in making it happen.
I also want to thank Luisa Benson, an outstanding sixth grade English teacher and part of an unbelievable staff at Elm Place Middle School in Highland Park, IL.  Mrs. Benson gave us the heads up about the Junior Ranger Program at the national parks, and is always full of great learning opportunities.
